Staff Management

Lrm manage a number of staff across our portfolio of buildings, providing full payroll services, HR support and training both on and off site. We ensure that there are opportunities to progress and provide the best possible service to our clients.

Snagging and Monitoring Service

lrm offer an apartment snagging service to developers which we schedule in to take place immediately after contracts are exchanged. This allows time for any last minute items to be rectified prior to completion.

The service ensures that small nagging items that tend to become a major annoyance to a purchaser are picked up before occupation and as a result positively enhances the developer’s brand.

Our specialist team is on hand to undertake this service which is all part of our desire provide a complete all round package for our developer clients.

Company Secretary

  • Lrm can act as the company secretary providing the following services:
  • Prepare and file the annual return at Companies House.
  • Arrange the Annual General Meeting and issue notices to the relevant parties.
  • Attend and minute the Annual General Meeting.  Issue copies of the minutes to all relevant parties.
  • Arrange and attend up to four Directors’ meetings.
  • Maintain the Company’s books and records.
  • Provide copies of the Company Accounts to the Board for signing.  File signed copies with Companies House

Major works

lrm plan and administer any major internal or external works for the developments that we manage.   We can call upon a pool of external surveyors that we have worked with for many years to oversee the works where necessary and ensure that they are able to attend and advise at residents meetings.  Forward financial planning is key therefore a planned preventive maintenance schedule is adopted in our buildings to ensure leaseholders know what works are due over the coming years.
