In this time of the pandemic, I believe that – rather than moaning and groaning about matters of little importance in the great scheme of things – we ought to focus on being positive and considerate with each other! With that in mind I take this opportunity to thank Ingrid Risse for her very prompt, professional, helpful and efficient correspondence during my time as leaseholder and Director at the Gateway. To provide a holistic example, the neighbourhood is much safer, functional and healthier, thanks to quick and prompt actions taken by the LRM team, especially with Ingrid and the caretaker appointed by us. Intercom has been fixed, gates are no longer ‘constantly under repair’, leaks are being remediated relatively quickly, and pests (pigeons, rats etc) have reduced / been eliminated. Operationally and financially, we are a better estate and in a much better place to start thinking about the betterment and improvement of the neighbourhood rather than just firefighting anti-social behaviours and issues with negligent leaseholders.
